Deep ruby red in colour with lifted spicy and vanillan aromas. Juicy red berry and plum flavours. Firm tannins and colour are enhanced by the addition of a small portion of Durif (Petite Syrah) and the process of saignee. A full bodied wine with a lengthy finish.
