Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes by the méthode traditionelle – the process of a natural, secondary fermentation in bottle, ageing on lees before hand disgorging and dosage in preparation for sale. Cellared on lees since mid-2017, this is a pleasingly dry wine with pear and citrus fruits on both the nose and palate.
